Driving the RedMart Seller product roadmap and logistics integrations. Leading key Seller Center initiatives including Seller Onboarding, Master Product, and performance dashboards. Utilizing AI with QoderWork and Alibaba AI app builder for product documentation and monitoring.

Developed BlackBerry applications with Java, BlackBerry SDK 5.0, geolocation, notifications, and file handling. Built internal and external web-based systems using CodeIgniter PHP framework, jQuery, jQuery UI, Google Maps API, and Facebook API. Managed Mikrotik, LAN, AWS EC2 instances, and firewalls. Handled production and development server configuration (Nginx, MySQL, Memcache).
Managed cloning, installation, system patching, and configuration of 1,300 PCs with a 12-person team. Administered Linux Ubuntu servers, Windows Server 2003, NetWare, and Mikrotik configurations. Handled LAN and Cisco 3750, 2950, and 2960 device configurations. Taught and created exams for algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming, database design, data warehouse, and Linux operating systems.

Lazada's in-house logistics network could not efficiently cover all delivery locations. To expand nationwide delivery coverage and improve fulfillment capacity, Lazada needed to integrate with multiple third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

Postal delivery is one of the most cost-effective shipping options in Singapore, but postal providers typically do not offer real-time shipment tracking or status updates. This limited order visibility for both customers and internal operations, leading to a poorer delivery experience.
